Chef David Chang on Charlie Rose
Maybe my expectations were too high, but the Momofuku Noodle Bar wasn’t that good. Regardless, I like his approach to the restaurant business. Nothing is over the top, it’s simple and the concept is permeated throughout his restaurants.
